From intimate dinner parties to large corporate events, our catering services are designed to suit every occasion. Choose from the following services, all made with high-quality ingredients and expert preparation.
Buffet Service
- Price: $35 - $50 per person
- Description: Our buffet service offers a variety of Cajun-inspired dishes for guests to enjoy at their leisure. This style is perfect for larger gatherings and lets everyone indulge in our seafood boils, gumbo, and more!
Plated Service
- Price: $50 - $70 per person
- Description: For a more formal touch, we serve elegant, individually plated meals to your guests. Each plate features some of our finest offerings like Cajun Salmon, seafood gumbo, and shrimp & grits—crafted to impress at any event.
Family-Style Service
- Price: $40 - $60 per person
- Description: Share the love with family-style dining! Large platters filled with our Cajun favorites are brought directly to your table for guests to enjoy together. Ideal for fostering a warm, communal atmosphere at your event.
Hors d'oeuvres & Cocktail Reception
- Price: $25 - $40 per person
- Description: Perfect for cocktail hour or as appetizers before the main meal. We offer a selection of flavorful small bites, such as Cajun shrimp, boudin balls, and other Louisiana-inspired snacks to keep your guests satisfied and intrigued.
Dessert Service
- Price: $15 - $25 per person
- Description: No Cajun celebration is complete without something sweet! Choose from a variety of decadent desserts, including traditional Louisiana favorites like beignets and pralines, or go with a more modern twist to end your meal on a high note.
Additional Fees
To ensure your event runs smoothly, we include the following additional services:
Travel Expenses
- For events outside of a 30-mile radius from our location, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile will apply. The fee varies based on the number of trips required.
Set-Up & Breakdown Fee
- Standard Fee: $250
- Includes setup and breakdown of all catering equipment and materials. For larger or more complex events, the fee may be higher depending on the scale of the setup.
Service Staff
- $35 per hour per server
- Professional staff to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. The number of staff will depend on the size and type of your event.
How to Book
Initial Deposit
To secure your booking and confirm your event date, a 50% deposit is required. This ensures our availability and starts the preparation process.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations outside this window will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
