Catering Packages & Pricing
Our catering services are designed to be flexible and customizable to meet the unique demands of your event. Below is a breakdown of our standard pricing:
- Starting Prices:
- Buffet Service: $35 - $50 per person
- Plated Service: $50 - $70 per person
- Family-Style Service: $40 - $60 per person
- Hors d'oeuvres & Cocktail Reception: $25 - $40 per person
- Dessert Service Only: $15 - $25 per person
Prices may vary depending on specific menu choices, dietary requirements, and the scale of your event.
Additional Fees
- Travel Expenses: For events outside of a 30-mile radius from our base location, we charge a travel fee. This starts at $1.50 per mile and may vary depending on the distance and number of trips required for the event.
- Set-up and Breakdown Fee: To ensure a smooth service, we provide full set-up and breakdown of all catering equipment and materials. The fee is $250 for standard events. For larger events, this may increase based on the complexity of the setup.
- Service Staff: Our professional service staff are available to ensure your event runs smoothly. Staff costs start at $35 per hour per server. Depending on the nature of your event, the number of staff required will be determined after consultation.
Deposits & Payment Terms
- Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This ensures our availability and allows us to begin preparations.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Events canceled outside this window will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
